An old friend once taught me that if you don’t stand 4 something you’ll fall for anything.  When you stand 4 something it means saying no 2 the things you don’t.

If you spend your time fulfilling the request of others, you’ll find yourself doing a lot of wheel spinning, and not getting where you really want 2B.  Spend some time learning 2 say no.  In fact make  no your default answer so that you can generously give in an area that matters 2U.
