People High on the Grit Scale Fail Over and Over Again

Grit doesn’t mean succeeding all the time.  One definition of grit is failing and trying over and over again.  When you’re passionate about what you’re doing you’ll develop perseverance to overcome obstacles.

If what you’re doing is worth succeeding at it’s worth failing at too.

Never give up, never give in.
