When we focus energy on problem solving it prevents us from focusing on opportunities, denies us of contribution, and robs us of a chance to make our world a better place.

Choosing to focus on the opportunities that problems present does not mean you deny there’s a problem. But it does mean you’re more likely to do something that will have positive and lasting impact.
