Uncomfortable

Jillian Michael says that if you want to change your body then you need to get comfortable being uncomfortable.

That fact is that if you want to change anything at all then you have to be comfortable being uncomfortable.  You also need to be comfortable making others uncomfortable.  That’s because everyone resits change.

Trying to address poor performance, or behavior in an employee is uncomfortable for you and the employee.  But it’s necessary for improvement.

If there’s anything at all you want to change (make better, make different) then you need to get used to saying these words to yourself and others – ‘This is going be uncomfortable’.
