What to bring if you’re not competing:
- Last names starting with A-F: Salad and a completed dish
- Last names starting with G-K: Drink and a completed dish
- Last names starting with L-Q: Salty Snacks and a completed dish
- Last names starting with R-Z: Desserts and a completed dish
BE SURE TO BRING ENOUGH TO FEED A SMALL ARMY.

Rules for Rib Off Competitors
- Competition will be judged in 3 areas, they are:
- Plating (How good can you make them look)
- Bar-B-Q Knowledge (Participants will be grilled by judges to test their knowledge)
- Taste
Each category can receive a max score of 10. Perfect score is 30. Highest score wins. Sign up to compete here.
Rules
- You’ll prepare 3 slabs of ribs.
- Only one slab needs to be plated for judging
- Must arrive covered so judges can’t see it as you bring it in.
- One slab will be prepared for tasting by judges
- 3rd Slab will be for everyone else to taste.
- NO BOTTLED SAUCES.
If you have a few fold up chairs please bring them.
